When you use the contact form or email me directly, I receive the details you choose to share, which may include:

This website does not use advertising trackers or sell any data. If analytics are used, they are privacy-respecting and aggregated, without selling or sharing your personal information.
How information is used
Information you share is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and scope potential work
- Deliver and support security engagements you commission
- Meet legal, contractual, and accounting obligations
Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Engagement data
During a penetration test, I may access systems, accounts, and data strictly within the agreed scope and written authorization. All engagement data, findings, and reports are treated as strictly confidential, handled under the terms of our agreement and any NDA, and securely deleted after the agreed retention period.
Data security
Sensitive information and engagement materials are stored securely, with encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and access limited to what is necessary to deliver the work.
Data retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to fulfill a contract or legal obligation. Engagement artifacts are retained per the agreement and then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information I hold about you at any time. To make a request, email hello@jalwan.app.
